Rex Foundation Benefit, Grateful Dead at the Greek Theater 1989

Original art (oil on canvas) was done for a T-shirt design for the Grateful Dead’s last performance at the fabulous Greek Theater in Berkeley, CA in 1989, but only produced as a T-shirt at that time. The entire 12,000 shirts that were printed sold out after only two of the three shows scheduled. The design was only made into a poster in 2000, which was the original intent of the artist.
