Bob Marley in the clouds
The original oil painting was done as a memorial to Bob Marley shortly after his death in 1981. The print was featured as a centerfold spread in “the Beat” Reggae Magazine. The words on the poster, “One bright morning when my work is over, man will fly away home,” were scanned from an original serigraph produced under the supervision of Pat Ryan by Jane Gill in 1987.
